Cam loves whining to people that he never gets to eat the food from our blog because I never cook it for him. Pfft. If I didn’t work late, I would create delicious dishes for him all the time.  However, earlier this week I cooked him 2 dinners… Lucky Cam!
The first was a pizza and I have to say for just throwing things together it turned out to be quite tasty!
Here’s how I did it…..
Take 1 thin pizza crust ( I bought mine from the grocery store-not homemade)
Spread a thin layer of olive oil and tomato paste on the crust
Grill chicken, onions and mushrooms until they are 98% cooked
Spread the chicken, onions, and mushrooms evenly on the crust
Add different toppings to different sections of the pizza; making a combination of sorts. I added thin slices of tomatoes and apples
Top it all off with a light sprinkling of feta cheese
Bake in the oven at 425 degrees for 10 mins to cook the crust and melt all of the ingredients together
